Power consumption -TT-6080A

Power consumption and heat dissipation of the TT-6080A will vary depending on input voltage, ambient temperature, mounting and of course load.
The figures below all applies for a single TT-6080A unit in horizontal position.

Power:

Pin = 333W @ Vin = 90 VAC, Pout = 270W, Ta = 23°C (η=81%, Ploss = 63W)                          
Pin = 349W @ Vin = 264 VAC, Pout = 300W, Ta = 23°C (η=86%, Ploss = 49W)

Pin = 338W @ Vin = 90 VAC, Pout = 270W, Ta = 55°C (η=80%, Ploss = 68W)                          
Pin = 353W @ Vin = 264 VAC, Pout = 300W, Ta = 55°C (η=85%, Ploss = 53W)

Please allow for some headroom to address peak load scenarios as the TT-6080A will be able to deliver 370W for a short period of time (min. 2 minutes @ Ta = 55°C, temperature controlled).

Heat:

Max. temperature measured at the bottom of the enclosure in horizontal position:

Tmax =  61°C @ Vin = 90 VAC, Pout = 270W, Ta = 23°C
Tmax =  52°C @ Vin = 264 VAC, Pout = 300W, Ta = 23°C

Tmax =  73°C @ Vin = 90 VAC, Pout = 270W, Ta = 55°C
Tmax =  69°C @ Vin = 264 VAC, Pout = 300W, Ta = 55°C

One can expect the max. temperatures to drop 2-3 °C if mounted in vertical position due to natural convection.
To ensure adequate airflow around the power supply we recommend an unobstructed space of min. 5 cm around all the sides of the unit.
