How to determine if noise, poor or missing voice is caused by IP handset

 

1: Make a call to same destination (phone number), but from the analog phone.

a: Same behaviour with noise, poor or missing voice.

Problem is not caused by the IP handset.

b: Not the same behaviour.

Go to 2.

2: Make an internal call between IP handset and analog phone (0501->0301).

a: Same behaviour with noise, poor or missing voice.

Problem is caused by IP handset.

b: Not the same behaviour.

Problem is not caused by IP handset.
