User authentication failed
We have seen some cases where data connections fails with: Cause 29, (0x1d), User authentication failed
Most likely caused by wrong 'APN' user name or password.
In some cases, the browser used for configuration, will 'remember' the admin and 1234, used to log in as administrator, and put it into the user name and password fields in the Network user group set-up under 'APN'.
If Apply is clicked while the user name and password fields contains 'something', (admin - 1234) that 'something' will be used as user name and password for the 'APN' name and send to the network, causing the user authentication to fail.
Pls. observe that the 'APN' user name and password fields is blank (if not used) when clicking Apply, in the Network user group set-up.
