How to force the outgoing CS call type by predial with 1* / 2* / 3* / 4*.

 
RJ11:

1* = Standard Voice (AMBE-2, 4 kbps) 

2* = 3,1khz Audio (64kbps a-law)

Bluetooth:

1* = Standard Voice (AMBE-2, 4 kbps) 

2* = 3.1khz Audio (64kbps a-law)

3* = 64kbps UDI (64kbps data)

4* = 56kbps RDI (56kbps data)

ISDN:

1* = Standard Voice (AMBE-2, 4 kbps) 

2* = 3.1khz Audio (64kbps a-law)

3* = 64kbps UDI (64kbps data)

4* = 56kbps RDI (56kbps data)
